
Being brought up in dairy company with hard work being part of daily life the direction was set after teenage years and practical dairy jobs in DK and US was the initiation to go dairy science and interest in microbiology and technical application going for cultures!
This has been a personal success story, with too much focus on the job because it also was my hobby always to make sure I was on top of the newest science in dairy research as well as probiotic research!

Continued running the Wisby business and integrating it into Danisco while growing it 17-18% per year, but as all the promises from the beginning were overridden by the major acquisition of Cultor I decided to leave as soon as the integration was finished.
