Operational lead for a global outsourced manufacturing setup (~DKK 500m spend) within high-tech medical device production. Managed supplier-operated production, ensured stable performance, and supported quality, cost and delivery. Responsible for production line transfers and qualification of new external lines.

Reduced finished goods inventory through lead-time reductions. Improved response time to customer orders. Successfully executed production line transfers and qualification of new supplier-operated lines.

As part of my master's degree, I helped implement SIOP at Grundfos as a member of a team responsible for rolling out, measuring and improving the global SIOP process, including demand planning, inventory optimisation and sales plan input globally.

• Led logistics and maintenance operations across domestic and international deployments, including Afghanistan.
• Managed teams of up to 40 personnel, optimized supply chains, and coordinated resource deployment in high-pressure environments.
