Worked as Cluster Delivery Lead in CoreIT doamin in Nuuday account. CoreIT is the main telco domain including OSS and BSS applications. This engagement size is almost 55% of the entire Solar engagement. The primary responsibility leads to

• Managing all service deliveries including projects, minor enhancement and operation
• Responsible for all SLAs and KPIs within cluster
• Responsible and accountable for operational efficiency and contribution margin within cluster
• Managing customer satisfaction and escalation handling
• Managing team of 150 plus members with 3 Delivery Managers

Appointed as IT Director to integrate all IT inherited through few acquisitions in ISC region by Unifeeder Group, e.g. Transworld Feeder, Avana Logistek, Perma Shipping, Feedertech, Transworld Shipping Agency etc. The primary roles

• Deals with in strategy in setting up own IT capabilities, Network, Digital Framework, Outsourcing & Optimization and representing ISC IT in Unifeeder Group CIO Portfolio.Business ERPs rationalization & outsourcing strategy.
• Setting up own IT Network. Setting up IT HelpDesk for handing IT related issues with business SLA.
• IT Product Management Board for new IT feature delivery.
• IT Team Optimization & Recruitments.

• Started career as Application developer in Business Intelligence domain and worked in the BI domain for 12 years as technical expert
• Worked in various Data transformation & exploitation capabilities in Oracle, Unix, Ab-Initio, Actuate, Business Objects etc for first 10 years.
• Later moved to IT Delivery leadership and was responsible for achieving customer focused delivery approach in leading Danish Telecom company.
• Instrumental in increasing the customer satisfaction by 25% and the delivery team size grew by 100% in a span of last 4 years.
• Working as Delivery Partner and as well as Customer advisory role in Telco account

• Joined as Management Trainee and worked mainly in Six Sigma measurements and worked in SAP QA module
