• Implemented business processes and system set-up for external manufacturing of power trains.
• Mitigating risks in inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring material inflow and securing delivery plan, preparing and managing budgets, supporting cost out tasks, Engineering change implementation, and NPI introduction.

• Train and support Individuals /Teams in SAP SOU & MM Modules both process and system wise
• Find and address process gaps between factories, defining KPIs for the buying team, and defining roles for buyers in SAP.

• Managed vendor purchase order dispatch, delivery and invoicing.
• SAP Super User and been part of ERP migration from Infor XA to SAP ECC.
• Key role in implementing Ariba PO and invoicing module.

• Managed purchase order processes and placed orders as requested, streamlining ordering process and receipt organization for future reference.
• Subject matter expert in ERP - Infor BAAN 5.
