As a Maintenance Senior Professional I reported directly to the production manager and I was the responsible for supporting production and maintenance in packaging areas by:

• Creating and developing maintenance strategies in packaging areas in order to support business strategy according to defined KPI
• Providing technical support to maintenance activities contributing to creation and developing of new ideas, carrying out training, organizing and coordinating major maintenances activities
• Providing technical support to maintenance analysts and technicians
• Supporting production/maintenance teams in (Root cause analyses, RCM- Reliability centered maintenance, Risk analyses "FMEA, FTA, A3-SPS)
• Supporting SPG- Serialization process group as tech responsible for Packaging lines
• Supporting PPG- Packaging process group: PR- Tech responsible for Packaging lines in Montes Claros

As a Maintenance analyst I reported to the maintenance supervisor and I was the responsible for supporting production and maintenance in packaging areas by:

• Providing support to creation of equipment structure/architecture in SAP system
• Providing support to maintenance planning activities
• Following maintenance activities in order to ensure compliance of service orders execution and GMP (Preventive and corrective maintenance)
• Reviewing of maintenance equipment historic and indicators in order to ensure operational performance, equipment improvements and reliability
• Supporting root cause analysis by using systematic problem solving tools (A3, FMEA and FTA)
• Providing maintenance procedures and trainings to technicians, creating and reviewing FIT-Failure investigation Tree and MWD- Main work description

As a Maintenance technician I reported to the maintenance supervisor and I was the responsible for supporting production and maintenance in packaging areas by:

• Executing preventive and corrective maintenance and recording service orders in SAP system
• Following work orders and specifications for machine and equipment replacement, repair, or maintenance.
• Performing electrical and mechanical repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime
• Training operators and operators technician in machine operation and basic maintenance process
• Providing support to root cause analysis in daily production
• Reporting maintenance activities during maintenance boarding meeting according to the specifics KPI-Key performance indicators
