Summary

Passionate process engineer with over eleven years of experience in design of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Thermal Energy Storage, membrane desalination, electro-deionisation, and industrial water/wastewater recycling systems for the Power and Energy sectors. I hold a master’s degree in chemical engineering and have expertise in both basic and detailed design engineering for energy storage and water treatment systems within startups and EPC companies. I have delivered multiple water treatment and reclamation projects, as well as research projects at university and in petrochemical industries. Over the past six years, my focus has been on FEED, detailed design engineering, consultation, as well as supervision for commissioning and operation. I am proactive, solutions-oriented, and dedicated to advancing my skills in advanced process systems and green energy for sustainable process design.

  • Led and contributed to the “NYAM” project to standardize demineralized water systems and workflows in MAPNA. Developed MAPNA’s first design databank for Mobile Water Treatment Packages, improving efficiency and reducing project costs.
  • Collaborated with ‘Water Chemistry and Material Technology department’ simultaneously and accomplished various projects such as:
  • Project: “400 CMD Containerized BWRO Package-MAPNAB”. Responsible for the design and document preparation for all stages and supervision of the commissioning of the first Mobile Containerized BWRO fabricated in MAPNA.
  • Project: “DM Water Production from Sanitary Wastewater Treatment for MAPNA Boiler Factory”, Served as a team member for UF unit design, documentation, and supervised installation, commissioning, and start-up.
  • Responsible for design and generation of technical proposals for more than 20 tenders and projects in DM water production plants using DRO, EDI or (IX) process, SWRO plant for industrial and drinking water production using conventional and membrane pre-treatment, RO and ZLD processes. Some of the successful tenders and projects:
  • DM water production plant and blowdown recovery with a capacity of 12-36 m³/h using DRO+EDI system for multiple CCPP in Iran, such as Rudshur power plants.
  • DM water package and WTP brine treatment plant using DRO+EDI system with a capacity of 143 m³/h for NGL3100 project in Cheshmeh khosh, Iran.
  • Industrial water and soft water production plant from treated wastewater with a capacity of 847 m³/h for Isfahan Steel Company in Isfahan, Iran.
  • Lian desalination and drinking water plant extension in Bushehr-Iran with a capacity of 35000 m³/day.
  • Provided training course to process and mechanical engineers (17 members of staff) on the Ultrafiltration system design.
  • Participated in document review and generation for different tenders in the oil and gas sector, such as the Crude Oil Desalting Package for Danan Oilfield, Ilam, Iran.
  • Participated in various technical and engineering progress meetings with clients, vendors, and other disciplines.
