Streamlined Demand planning process heavily by bringing in a new tool and process innovations thereby improving Forecast accuracy by 7%.

Established the supply chain flow including SLAs with 2 new trading partners for Danfoss, while phasing out 2 vendors.

Fulfillment manager for the commercial compressors business for APAC Region. (200M EUR in Sales Turnover)

Procurement and fulfillment manager for EMEA region for the condensing unit business operations (50 M EUR in Sales turnover)

Led a team of 6 members based out of india and china during the period.

Responsible for Delivery service, inventories and partly responsible for high Customer loyalty index scores.
