Managing an analytical team of four professionals and 10 laboratory technicians performing chromatographic analyses of raw materials, excipients and API's.

Responsible for the deliveries of the team to ultimately ensure supply to NN productions.

Tasks include people management and -development, improvement projects, strategic decisions at team level, organizational development planning and execution and cross-organizational collaborations.

Department and CVP Deviation expert facilitating cross-department meetings and improvements in the process group.

Deviation monitoring responsible performing data analysis and reporting at department level.

Project management (improvement projects and complex cases in relation to e.g. deviations).

Validation and verification support to Material ManDev in relation to method development.

Control and approval of analyses documentation, writing of case types such as deviations, laboratory investigations and change requests and update and preparation of SOP's. Facilitation of systematic problem solving, trouble shooting, laboratory investigations and a range of ad hoc tasks.

Initially professional for the chemical analyses flow and subsequently for the chromatographic flow.

Assistance in development of a biotechnological assay for identification of individual treatment of colon cancer.

Obtainment of in vivo micro tumors from primary patient tumors (cell work in the laboratory).

(Knock-out studies and morphology studies using techniques and read-outs such as siRNA and lentiviral RNA transfections, enzymatic- and luciferase assays, fluorescense, PCR, QPCR, Western blotting and 3D Matrigel invasion assay).
