• Among other tasks, I was responsible for recruiting a large number of external consultants as well as a handful of internal employees
• One of the most important projects that the department, and therefore myself, was responsible for was a transition from SAS to MS SQL, where approximately 1000 SAS programs were eliminated or converted to SQL
• The transition also involved insourcing of database servers and implementing an ETL framework and a data catalog
• Another important project, which was a great success, was the implementation of a self-service concept built on on-premises Power BI.
