I have worked intensively with quality and process development for over thirty years, specializing in Six Sigma and LEAN. As a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, I have taught, advised, and authored the book "Problem Solving and Quality Assurance." My career has progressively moved towards continuous improvements and efficiency through LEAN methods, where I have achieved significant results through creativity and persistence.

I lead a team of 12 highly skilled technicians and engineers, overseeing daily quality operations, managing customer and supplier relations, and ensuring compliance with our internal standards. Since I joined two years ago, the team has grown into a more collaborative unit, taking on broader responsibilities across several areas. This development has led to increased motivation and stronger engagement throughout the team.
- Continuous Improvement
Together with the leadership team, I have driven the development of an operations centre based on LEAN principles and Hoshin Kanri, ensuring the factory evolves in the right strategic direction. I have personally facilitated several key improvement projects and led training sessions on Hoshin Kanri and Lean A3 status overview to strengthen internal capabilities and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strategy
Together with the leadership team, I have helped design our new organisational structure and shape the factory’s strategy. This has been a challenging yet rewarding journey from both a leadership and cultural perspective, as we transition from a traditional family-owned business to a more professional, KPI-driven organisation.
