1.Light Rail – Team Leader/ Construction Head :
Team Leader responsible for Resource planning, budgeting, internal co-ordination, external co-ordination, work completion, site and technical issues, Report to management. My responsibilities include signaling, telecommunication, Cyber security, Data and control center, power management, IOT, innovations and digital twin.

2.Power Management project- Internal Projects on M1 and M2 old lines:
1.Strategic Leadership : Spearheaded the power management initiative, focusing on the integration of cutting-edge energy-saving technologies and power harvesting systems across the Copenhagen Metro. Developed and implemented strategic policies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
2.Innovation and Technology Implementation :Championed the adoption of innovative technologies such as regenerative braking and smart grid applications. These initiatives have resulted in a significant decrease in energy consumption, achieving a 30% reduction in power usage during my tenure.

Led the implementation of digital twin technology to monitor and optimize energy usage in real time. By dynamically adjusting power supply based on station occupancy and external conditions, this initiative significantly improved energy efficiency and operational resilience.
3.Cross-System Data Integration
Coordinated advanced ecosystem analyses in collaboration with regional transportation networks, enabling comprehensive scenario planning for power surges and disruptions. This minimized the impact of power interruptions from the DSB mainline on metro operations.
4.Innovative Problem-Solving & Predictive Modeling
Developed sophisticated predictive models to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities in power systems. This proactive approach ensured uninterrupted service, improving passenger experience across the metro network.

4.COPENHAGEN METRO CITYRINGEN”. Project Manager:
1.Led the complete M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems, including SCADA, power systems, design, execution, material specification, method statements, and testing & commissioning.
2.Managed operations and maintenance, reconstruction activities, and report management of Electrical & Mechanical systems as per preventive and corrective schedules.
3.Coordinated with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless construction activities for both underground stations and tunnels.
4.Oversaw all documentation and ensured compliance with project standards throughout design, execution, and operational phases.
Ensured efficient time schedule management for all aspects of M&E systems, including troubleshooting and optimizing performance.
