Managing 9000 SQM With 9500 Pallet Positions of Frozen, Chiller and Ambient with 52 Employees.

• Handling the service provide 3PL operations responsibilities for Sadia and Madi international etc.
• Daily Inventory check and making sure 100% Inventory maintained.
• Monitor and analyze customer experience and delivery performance.
• Responsible for day-to-day Inwards & dispatch activities, and making sure team is following smooth receiving and delivery process.

Managed 20000 pallet capacity warehouse Frozen, Chiller and Ambient with 60 Employees.

• Administered Warehouse Management System (WMS), maintaining 99% accuracy of all shipping records.
• Coordinates and supports the Shift Supervisor in administrative tasks of his team.
• Coordinates with the Inventory Team for resolving discrepancies and non-conformities.

Any other task as assigned by the mgt. from time to time.

• Ensure the port containers clearance documents.
• Inspect the containers condition and temperature for chilled and frozen.
• Ensure the containers log sheet every 5hours temperature control.
• Deliver the containers up on the warehouse request as per FEFO and FIFO basis.
• Daily in and out container reports daily , Weekly and monthly basis.

• Ensures sample check is carried out on received materials for quantity verification. (RMA)
• Ensures 100% check is carried out on recently moved materials within the warehouse using WMS report.
• Counting and Confirming Shortage or over-receipt materials before handing over the same issue to Supreme Inventory team.
• Reporting Discrepancies to Supervisor/ Supervisor for possible corrective actions.
• Updating and Maintaining Warehouse Assets record.
