Summary

As a professional football player for almost 15 years now i was able to gain a lot of experience in some of the best leagues in the world, on and off the pitch. Since a couple of years, it's clear for me that i want to become a coach. During my time at the academies of Norwich City, Blackburn Rovers and Odense BK i have learned a lot in terms of setting up training sessions, working on details to improve individual players and the team, communication and analyzing systems and games. I am determined to become a very good coach and therefore i am ready to learn, listen and to improve every day. My plan is to create a team ( philosophy ) which is playing attractive and successful football based on possession, a good structure, a mix of power and entertainment. I am looking forward to being a part of a dynamic football club.
