  • Processing the request by the updating the actual tariff rates provided by the Intermodal pricing Managers.
  • Analyzing the actual market condition and the rates provided by the pricing authorities and implementing them for the appropriate corridors.
  • Investigating the missing rates for the corridors and reaching out to the pricing authorities proactively and fetching the rates from them.
  • Working on the request raised by the other teams regarding the missing inland surcharges.
  • Possessing wide knowledge about the entire inland surcharges for both Import and export, FMC regulations and the exception that are maintained globally.
  • Have initiated various project to upscale the process by decreasing the manual interventions and generating revenues and restricting revenue leakages.
  • Processing the request within the TAT based on the priority of the request and abiding to the urgency criteria.
  • Since, it is an upstream process and the real rates involved in the pricing, the entire process revolves based on the maker and checker format.
  • Auditing the files created by the updater before applying the rates into the portal.
  • Marking error and rectifying the error in the files to match the requirement of Pricing mangers.
  • Allocating the Request received from the pricing authorities to the entire team and managing them to complete those tasks within the TAT.
  • Following up with the front office SPOCS and other team colleagues over call to gain and share knowledge to provide solution for any discrepancies raised.
  • Though we work globally, have taking responsibility over the Europe and Asia region to make sure there is no flaw on the Landside pricing part.
  • Generating weekly and Monthly reports and analysing the inflow of requests based on the categories on regular basis. Moreover, handling reporting part for the current team to maintain and improve Overall performance.
  • Conducting various process training to the new joiners and providing hands on training to them.
  • Heading regular Daily review meetings to discuss the status and the updates within the team.
  • Creating team bonding by initiating engagement activities in team and main taking good rapport with the entire team.
  • 4 Times got Star Awards.
  • Increased the revenue for creating new charge code for Fuel, per month continuous till now will getting 0.54 million USD.
  • Reviewed all the additional charges in our tool and got 48000 USD for the last 5 months.
