I'm a 19 year old guy from Denmark looking for experiences during my gap year. I'm excited to see the what the world has to offer and am very excited about the idea of spending a few months working in a different country.

I don't just bring an optimistic attitude. I also bring valuable assets to any workplace. Through work experience, school projects and volunteer work, I have gained valuable skills in teamwork, responsibility and time management. I am motivated, easy to learn and I'm always looking for an opportunity to further develop my skills in a professional context. I have skills in customer communication and I'm great at working in both teams and alone. I am incredibly motivated to work and will put 100% of myself into my tasks and responsibilities.

Trusted Advisor - Elkjøp Academy

• A course that taught how to properly read and communicate with a customer and ensure that their needs were met proper. It focused on wordless communication like body language and facial expressions, as well as how to present yourself and solutions to the customer. The course also covered how to deescalate situations with angry customers.

Peak Training - Elkjøp Academy

• A course that focused on how to work in a busy environment. It was especially relevant for the upcoming busy period of Christmas and Black Friday. Key points were how to operate in a team under pressure, stress management/tolerance and techniques to manage several tasks at once.

Traffic-related First Aid - Red Cross

• A course that taught how to use a defibrillator, perform CPR, perform the Heimlich maneuver and assessing and treating common injuries such as bleeding, burns and fractures.
