  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to conduct comprehensive studies on the valorization of agricultural wastes like sisal through mushroom cultivation and enzyme production

Achievements
Successfully expression of 50% of target cellulase enzymes which have the potential of forming part of enzyme cocktails required in agricultural waste value addition. this was possible through Pichia pastoris protein expression, protein purification and characterization.
