• Working on the next generation of outsourcing of the Global IFM (Integrated Facility Management) services, which has gone live in 2025.

Some highlights of my responsibilities and achievements:
• Responsible for the Real Estate portfolio and outstanding Workplace Services and Experience in The Netherlands
• Nominated "Workplace Manager of the year" in 2022
• Leading the Open Innovation Program within Accenture Workplace, connecting start-ups and Corporates.
• Won the award for "Best Speaker" in 2020 by Sourcing NL
• Speaking at conferences about Workplace, Procurement, Innovation, Strategic Partnerships and Technology
• Consulting and advising on contracting, strategic partnerships, innovation and tenders across multiple industries

• Responsible for sustainability certifications and sustainability program within Workplace on a interim basis

• Responsible for all facility services in our Dutch offices.
• Integrated all the facility services and outsourced them in a strategic partnership model in 2017. As a member of the deal team, representing the Workplace department, I was responsible for the transition from an output-driven model to an outcome-based partnership after which I adopted the additional role of "Workplace Innovation Lead".

• Responsible for Real Estate, Office Leases and Space Management for the Dutch portfolio

Main responsibilities:
• Managing the ordering process of the Dutch fleet
• Leading the pilot of the electrification of the fleet of over 1800 cars and embedding electric vehicles in the policies, eventually resulting in a fully electrified fleet.
