Task was overall in charge of the operation restructuring and management and improvement of their new piloting project and logistics.

This included the following

• Fleet management. Managing a fleet of 25 harbor Tug vessels.
• Planning and deployment of harbor tug vessels for towing and berthing vessels
• In charge of the team management of the operations. Was managing 40 employees under me.
• Daily reporting and KPI monitoring of existing activities of each business units
• Planning and arranging schedules and roosters for the team members
• I was acting as the Deck superintendent of allotted vessels.
• Responsible for Health and Safety division, Tasked handle all accident investigation and action plans to improve the division

• Acting as an ambassador on behalf of the port master and Singapore nation to Vessel’s crew.
• Interacting and participating in bridge management team to advice master to safely navigate the vessel in Singapore port limit waters.
• In charge of tug management, terminal management and bridge management to safely berth the vessel.
• Responsible for training and managing junior Harbour Pilots
• Working under immense pressure and maintain patience and composure by handling Health and safety requirements relevant for the job.
• Was a member of the Pilot committee which was in charge for improving and reviewing internal operation and strategy
• Was also a member of the safety committee, which was in charge of Health and safety requirements for PSA Marine ltd.
• In charge of disaster recovery on the job.
• Training and mentor to junior pilots.
• Keeping up KPI and meeting company sales target.

• Performing cargo watch to ensure safe loading and unloading of cargo in various ports facilitating with positive GM and worthy for Sea
• Navigating vessel as an officer on watch in numerous e voyages.
• Meeting deadlines for monthly safety and quality checks of the fire fighting and lifesaving appliances on board the vessel
• In charge of ensuring the safety on board is met with international maritime regulations and company safety policies.
• Stock checking inventory, ordering and purchasing and keeping sales accounts on board for Bond stores.

• Performed ground officer duties with fast response team and task force undercover duties.
• Also further served as some reserve personnel for about 6 years and made 25 arrests in total.
• Retired from active duty at the year 2016.
